In Saskatchewan, we have a number of para-athletes who compete season long while wearing the Saskatchewan colours.
Led by coach Colette Bourgonje who works tirelessly year-long to identify, encourage, support, and foster a positive competitive spirit among para-athletes in the province.
Para-Athletes Showcase in Saskatchewan Competitions with SASKI
SASKI Skiing for Disabled is the provincial sport organization that encompasses all adaptive ski programs in Saskatchewan, including cross country skiing nordic, biathlon, alpine, and snowboarding.
Thanks to this partnership, many of our athletes are able to learn from, train with, and compete alongside some of the best para-athletes in Canada.
About Para Nordic Canada Programs
Para nordic skiing programs include both cross-country skiing and biathlon programs.
Working closely with clubs throughout the country, Nordic Canada works to foster a safe and rewarding environment for athletes of all abilities and disciplines to thrive.
